Here’s how we can help:

Step 1: Tell us how the magnet is to be used. A simple overview of the project (lifting, holding, conveying, etc.) is often enough to spark a design idea. When possible, we’ll suggest you use something off the shelf. As we respect your privacy, we’ll gladly sign a non-disclosure agreement before beginning any discussion.

Step 2: Tell us about your operating environment. Will the magnet be used indoors or outdoors? Is it hand held or mounted to a robot? Is it holding or positioning a part? Is there a sample of that part available for testing? Perhaps there’s a high temperature present or a corrosive environment. Anything is valuable to the design. Small details like these can make will determine the cost and type of materials used to create the end product.

Step 3: Print our design questionnaire, fill it out and fax it back. Sketches and photos are always encouraged as your ideas are the source of inspiration for many of our new designs.
